Delete your SimplScreens account

1. Delete it yourself

You can delete your account from the SimplScreens app or from our website. You don’t need the app installed to do it.

In the app: go to More, then Account, then Danger zone. Type DELETE, enter your password and tap Request account deletion.

On the website: sign in at simplscreens.com/account, scroll to Danger zone, type DELETE, enter your password and select Request account deletion.

2. Can’t sign in?

Email info@simplscreens.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it.

3. What happens next

Your account is closed straight away and you’re signed out on every device.

After a 30-day waiting period, we review the request and permanently delete your account and personal data, including your designs and projects, the images and videos you uploaded, your generation history and your support tickets. Your name, email address and password are erased.

If you’re the only owner of your business account, it closes too and its subscription is cancelled. If other people share it, it stays open for them and your details are removed from it.

We keep billing records and audit logs that we’re required to retain.
