Content: Images, brand assets, and design content you upload or generate through the platform.

Payment information: Billing details are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.

3. How we use your information

We use collected information to provide and improve the SimplScreens platform, process transactions, send service communications, ensure platform security, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (cloud hosting, AI generation, payment processing, email delivery) and when required by law.

AI generation: Designs are created with OpenAI. When you create or edit a design, or ask us to read a menu or your brand material, we send OpenAI the content you provide for it: your description, menu and price text, brand details, and any images, logos or files you upload. We share it only to do that job, and we ask for your permission before the first time.

5. Data retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Generated content is retained per your plan terms. You can delete your account and its data at any time; see how to delete your account.

6. Your rights
